Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to engage with Deepak Jena for professional consultations, writing guidance, and strategic advisory. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Consultation Refunds
Cancellations by Client:
If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
No Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered non-refundable.
Cancellations by Deepak Jena:
If a session must be canceled or rescheduled from my side, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule at your convenience.
2. Digital Content and Downloadables
All ebooks, white papers, and other digital resources offered (free or paid) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a proven technical issue preventing access.
3. Custom Writing or Advisory Services
For writing services (book coaching, content consultation, white paper review):
Refunds are not issued once the service has commenced or materials have been delivered.
If you are not satisfied, we may offer limited revisions depending on the scope of work.
